Piggybacked Dramas

Below are the two dramas that my sisters decided to piggyback off of me when I was watching them. I hope you can enjoy them in your spare time. My sisters sure did.

A Girl Who Sees Smells

3 years ago, a man lost his younger sister in the "Bar Code" murder case. Since then he has lost his senses. A girl miraculously survived the "Bar code" murder case. Since then, she has lost her memory, but also has gained the ability to see smells.

This is the older show that LS2 kept laying on my feet in order to watch. Despite how dark that snipit of a synopsis was, it has a lot of comedic parts. The blend of Drama, Comedy, and Romance make this series gold. Makes me a little angry at myself for taking so long to it.

Siren's Kiss

Han Seol-Ah works as a chief auctioneer and leader of an auction team at Royal Auction, the best art auction company in South Korea. She looks flawless, with a beautiful appearance and a seductive charm. She also has a chilling secret. Her secret is that all the men who loved her have died.

Meanwhile, Cha Woo-Seok is an investigator for an insurance company. He is an ace investigator, with keen observation and insight skills. He has also held the highest insurance fraud arrest rate in the industry for years. One day, he receives a tip from a phone call that will shake his reason. After that, he begins to investigate Han Seol-Ah as a suspect in a series of insurance fraud death cases.

LS1 kept sliding up to my side as I was watching this one. This series is intense so be prepared to be sweaty and/or need a emotional support pillow to squeeze. I enjoyed this one so much.

What's with the Piggybacking?

The other day I wasn't feeling so well. I didn't feel like reading but wanted to do something to pass the time. So I tried to watch a new series (new to me, it's actually kinda old).

So, I started watching it. LS2 was in the room listening to an audio book. Somehow, she ended up right by my side, laughing and exclaiming with me. By episode 2, two more siblings joined me.

All while this is happening, I am asking myself " Why are you coming now?" They pretty near abandoned the series we were working on to watch shows with LB3. I want to finish it but I don't know if they will come for that. Though to be honest, it did reach a slight slump. But they should push through and stop laying on my legs to see what I am watching. Now I can't finish that show without her.

The Grateful Nubs

At the time I write this, my toes are as cold as it is outside. LB2 and I went for a walk today and I am still trying to warm back up. But I noticed a curious thing as we walked. I saw signs that spring is around the corner.

I saw the little nubs of our peonies poking cautious little heads out the ground. I saw baby iris blades tentatively revealing themselves. And young daffodils showing their greenery. Lb2 said it was a bit early for them to be showing up. "Them" being the daffodils.

He said the peonies must have loved all the snow and cold we got this winter. That was probably why their nubs were poking out. We might have big luscious blooms this spring. He also mentioned that it was normal to see iris blades this early.

I enjoy looking at the seasons change around me. Watching the world around me come alive each spring is a experience I don't want to take for granted. As always, feel free to leave me a message below.
