It has come to my notice that 128 GB may be to little to hold every movie my dad wants. He needs an upgrade. And yes, I will be paying for it. Having his data scattered causes loads of mental stress. I'm paranoid that I might somehow lose his stuff and how would I explain it?
I am also sorry I forgot to post on time this week. It was another busy week and I forgot until now. I will try to be on time next week. As always, fell free to leave a message below.
As some may know, Eric Nam is on my playlist. So when I heard that he had a new album coming out, I was beyond excited. I was ecstatic. Getting to hear more of Eric Nam's voice is wonderful. Sidenote: My autocorrect hates his last name. It kept changing it to Ham or Man.
So far, he has released to two music videos for songs that will be on the album. Please check put below.
Does it pass the vibe check? I think so. Also, sorry for the late post. Life got in the way. As always, feel free to leave a comment below.
Last one first, I got connected to the WiFi again! It was a painful two weeks without it. I don't think I'll ever make a dent in my email situation. There is too many in there to begin with.
And now First things last, Against the Current. Against The Current (often abbreviated as ATC) is an American rock band from Poughkeepsie, New York, formed in 2011. The band currently consists of lead vocalist Chrissy Costanza, guitarist Dan Gow, and drummer Will Ferri. They are a unique blend of rock, pop, alternative rock, and synth-rock.
They are super jammable. I have been known to listen to them on repeat. Their sound reminds me of my angsty teen years a little, just more mature. If that makes any sense. Check them out below.
Good, right? They are currently on tour so I am waiting for them to release a new album. As always, feel free to leave a message below.
A couple of weeks ago, I discovered Citizen Soldier by chance. Thank you, Youtube and your recommendation algorithm. One of the reasons I like this group so much is because their lyrics really touch me. Once upon a time, I felt very similar. The way they are so openly vulnerable yet strong is just beyond words.
They make me want to either singalong or dance to their work. This their background according to their site: Citizen Soldier was born in 2016 when frontman Jake Segura penned the lyrics to “Let It Burn” from a psychiatric hospital. Now practicing as a clinical therapist, he implements intensely emotional lyrical themes on mental health into their music. The band presents an accessible message that combats stigmatization and provides a group therapy dynamic. Based in Salt Lake City, Utah, Segura is joined by guitarists Matt Duffney and Kooper Hanosky, bassist/keyboardist Wonitta, and drummer Kyle Persell.
Here is a sampling of their music :
Here are some of my favorites. I personally think Jake and Julian from loveless should do another song together. their voices meld so well together. As always, feel free to leave a message below.
Honestly, I had such a hard time getting online today that it never crossed my mind that I forgot to prepare a post. I was going to talk about a DJ I found but I really don't have the time today. This post is just a brief hello to you all. I'm sorry. I will try harder next week.
We had a bit of an issue crop up during some updates, so the wifi is down today. Personally, I have no idea when it will be back up so I just wanted to let you all know that I might be late posting if it isn't resolved soon.
In other news, I made an offline version of a web novel before all this happened. I"m glad I did. I started working on a second one but had to halt due to life. My second one is going to need a lot of editing that may seem tedious but is actually quite fun, at least to me.
